Ready Set Fit Class

Join this upbeat exercise class designed to support healthy aging through a mix of aerobics, strength training, balance work, and stretching. It’s open to people of all abilities and focuses on safe, therapeutic progressions you can build on over time.

This class is especially helpful for people who have finished physical therapy but don’t yet feel ready for traditional gym or community fitness classes. It provides a supportive next step to help you continue building strength, mobility, and confidence.

Led by physical therapist Mary Breckel, the class blends physical training with health education in a welcoming, encouraging environment—perfect for bridging the gap between rehab and fitness, designed to be a short term class to aid in transitioning.

You'll receive personalized guidance to improve your body mechanics, along with tips for modifying or advancing exercises. The goal is to help you move with more confidence, reduce injury risk, and prepare you for participating in other group fitness settings.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

You’re encouraged (but not required) to bring:

  • A pair of dumbbells

A Call to Remember Yourself
Being a woman in this world asks so much of us. We hold, nurture, create, and care—often moving through life carrying invisible loads and tending to others while quietly longing for more space to breathe, to feel, and to just be.

In the midst of all that life asks, it can be easy to lose touch with the deeper rhythms of our hearts. Women are often disconnected from their own feelings and consequently the truth of their own experience, their own lives. Over time, this leads to an inner fracture that has implications for the health of our physical bodies, as well as a disempowered sense of self. Yet somewhere inside, there is a steady pulse calling you home—to your truth, your vitality, and your sacred wholeness.

If you hear your Soul calling you forward to reconnect with yourself and your true nature, then this series is for you. Step by step, with gentle guidance and in the embrace of community, we invite you to rediscover the untamed primal wisdom that lives within.

This is your invitation to listen.

This is for you if…

  • You feel a quiet longing for something more—something bigger that you can’t yet name.

  • You sense your inner wild woman calling to be set free. You’re yearning for a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or caretake—where you can simply be your authentic self and receive a welcome embrace of that self.

  • You wish to reconnect with yourself and with a circle of women who honor the sacred, messy, and fully divine feminine in one another.

  • You feel ready to remember your full, embodied presence and the wisdom that already lives within.

What to Expect:
A full-day retreat in sacred space weaving ritual, creative expression, movement, and sound healing—practices that restore connection between the body, the wild heart, and your beautiful soul.

The day will include intuitive movement, ritual, sound and vibrational healing, circling and community witnessing, embodiment practices, energy healing, and a restorative sound bath. There will be time for a break and integration included in the day.

Guided with gentle support rooted in decades of lived experience and embodied practice by Amy Mara and Kathleen Dowd.
