Cancellation Policy

We schedule our one-on-one time just for you.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be billed a $100 fee.

Insurance Billing

Our offerings may be covered under the Physical Therapy (PT) and/or Occupational Therapy (OT) benefits of your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

WE ARE CURRENTLY ABLE TO BILL:

  •  Auto accident claims

  •  Medicare part B- requires a referral from your physician (No Medicare Advantage Plans)

  •  Regence Blue Shield and other Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans PPO

  •  First Choice Network for Physical Therapy only

  •  Ambetter-Exchange Network and Cascade Select for Physical Therapy only

  • Out-of -Network* providers for many Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) insurances including Premera, Aetna, Cigna.


*Check with your insurance company about your out-of-network co-pays and deductibles. 

WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ABLE TO BILL:

  • Washington Apple Health/ Medicaid Plans

Pricing, Billing & Policies

appointment cancellation policy
  • We reserve one-on-one time specifically for you.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged a $100 late cancellation / no-show fee.

Rates & Billing Information

Insurance-Based Physical & Occupational Therapy

We work with many insurance plans for physical and occupational therapy services.

  • Services are billed to insurance based on the type and length of care provided.

  • Your insurance plan determines deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance responsibilities.

  • After insurance processing, you will receive a statement for any remaining balance due.

Insurance reimbursement varies by plan. We are happy to discuss benefits and expected costs with you prior to your visit whenever possible.

Self-Pay & Wellness Physical / Occupational Therapy

For patients choosing self-pay care or wellness services (not billed to insurance):

  • $155 — 55-minute session

  • $115 — Initial intake fee (one-time only, added to the first session)

These visits allow for extended, personalized care without insurance restrictions.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy services are self-pay unless related to an auto accident claim.

  • $115 — 60-minute massage

  • $155 — 90-minute massage

Auto accident insurance may be billed when applicable.

specialty services

The following services are not billed to insurance and require same-day payment:

  • Craniosacral Therapy

  • Sound Healing

  • Health Coaching

  • Wellness services

Same-day payment is required. A 10% processing fee will be added if payment is billed and paid at a later date.

Payment Policies

  • Insurance patients will receive a statement after insurance processing for any balance due.

  • Statements include a secure online payment link or may be paid by check.

  • Cash, check, or Venmo are required at the time of service for specialty services and massage therapy visits.

  • We do not accept credit cards in the office; however, credit card payments may be made through our secure billing portal included with statements.

Estimates & Transparency

  • For self-pay services, a Good Faith Estimate is available upon request, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

  • If you have questions about pricing, insurance coverage, or payment options, our team is happy to help you understand your care and costs before your visit.
